Waiver & Release

In consideration of Club Trofeo allowing my participation in this event I have registered, I do hereby release, waive, remise and forever discharge Club Trofeo (AFI Holdings Corp) and all of its employees, former employees, servants, volunteers, agents, officers, directors, members, successors or assigns of and from any and all liabilities, suits, claims, demands, actions and causes of actions, whatsoever on account of my injury or death or property damage which may occur from any cause during or any way connected to this event.

This release shall be binding upon me, my family, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns. I confirm I have registered for this event voluntarily and hereby assume all risk and responsibility.

Payment

I agree to pay the amount shown as entry fee for the Event Name & Date entered plus applicable F & B for the supplementary member, family member, accompanying guest(s),or invited guest team where applicable. An email will be sent to notify the amount debited.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before the date of the event and registration refunds are subject to a $40 cancellation administration fee. Cancellations must be received in writing by email to events@clubtrofeo.com. No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
